Located at the mouth of the Maurice River, this sentinel was built in 1849. In early 1971, the Maurice River Historical Society was founded with the goal of restoring the old lighthouse. The Society holds an Open House at the site, annually. This finely detailed replica in miniature form is cheerful and bright with light bricks and dark mortar. The red roof sets off the bright white light tower and will make a great addition to your Harbour Lights collection.
