If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased
from Lighthouse Collecting, please return it to us in reasonable condition within
30 days of receipt. You will receive full credit for the amount of the product purchased.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs. A credit will be issued to your credit

It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure prompt credit:
- A note explaining the reason for your return is helpful, but not required.
- Products should be returned in reasonable condition without obvious signs of abuse.
- Return the product and any accessories or paperwork shipped with it.
- Affix the return label from your invoice to your return package. This has information that will help expedite your credit. If you no longer have this label, return product to address listed above.
Be sure to include your name and address so that a prompt refund can be issued.
- If possible, return the product in the original packaging.
- Please pack your return product well to prevent damage during shipment.
- We strongly suggest using United Parcel Service (UPS) for your return shipments. If you ship by USPS and the product is lost,USPS will trace the shipment for 30 days. No credit will be issued until the product is returned.
- Ship via ground service for the least expensive option.
- Keep a record of your tracking number.
- UPS and FedEx shipments are automatically insured for $100. You may want to purchase additional insurance if your original item was more expensive.
